Subject to your payment of the applicable licence fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on:
The licence is perpetual for the version purchased. Updates are included for the period stated at the time of purchase (currently 1 year for Single Site, lifetime for Unlimited).

You may modify the plugin's source code for your own use, but modified versions may not be redistributed.
During the active update period you are entitled to download new versions of the plugin as they are released. Support is provided via the email address linked to your purchase receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
After the update period expires the plugin continues to work; you simply will not receive future updates or support until the licence is renewed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the licence has been used to generate and distribute more than 50 certificates.
The plugin and all associated code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Smart Certificate Generator Pro. Your licence grants you the right to use the software — it does not transfer any ownership.
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hosting environment. Your use of the plugin is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the plugin even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence.
The plugin may interact with third-party services (e.g. qrserver.com for QR code generation). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the seller's country of residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
